Our Current and Recent Projects of Note

Public Views on the Use of Opinion Information in Governance

In 2015, asked a random sample of 1038 Canadians (RDD sample with both landline and cell components) to tell us how they wanted to see public opinion studies and similar used in governance. We also asked how well they thought current government was doing in using this type of information. This is currently being analysed and results will appear on our web site in late 2016.

Elite Decision Maker Views of Public Opinion and Governance

During late 2015 and early 2016 we conducted a study of how senior decision makers and practitioners view the use of opinion and other information in governance. This is a smaller scale study with qualitative and quantitative components. It involves respondents in Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. The results of this will appear on our web site some time in late 2016.
